Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: Once your application is complete and approved, we collect the reservation fee within 24-hours and sign our reservation fee form. Be prepared to pay your reservation fee using Cashiers Check or Money Order.
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: We collect the reservation fee once your application is approved. Once the lease is signed, the reservation fee is applied to the security deposit. Upon the date of possession we collect 1-full month's rent, one month security deposit and a key fee.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: You must be 18-years old. Anyone who will be residing in the house who is 18-years old or older must complete an application.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Deposits are fully refundable provided you move out per your lease agreement requirements and vacate the unit broom clean and free of damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Q: How do I pay rent?

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Please send us a message through your tenant portal and your property manager will get in touch with you. Be prepared to communicate clearly what type of pet you want to add to the lease including the breed and size of a dog if the property allows a pet. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed per MA Law. For ESA, you will need a letter or proper documentation from a licensed mental health professional which will be reviewed and approved by management.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Contact Uniform Property Management through your tenant portal. The remaining roommate(s) must submit current pay stubs-the most 2 recent pay stubs for the current year. Upon approval for you to be released from the lease, a Contract Change Form will be sent to all tenants from Adobe Sign. The Contract Change Form must be signed by all parties in order to remove and/or add tenants to the existing lease.
